Candidates for seats on the Tigard City Council answer questions about issues facing the city. On Nov. 8, Tigard voters will choose two candidates to serve four-year terms on the City Council, plus one more to fill out the unexpired term of Councilor Heidi Lueb, who is resigning in order to run for mayor this year. Seven candidates are running in total. Four are seeking full terms, while three have applied for election to fill out the remaining two years of Lueb's term. Six of the seven candidates responded to a questionnaire sent to their campaigns by Pamplin Media Group ahead of the election.
