Quite possibly the nicest staff of any place I've ever been. They treat you like family. You can often find people having conversations with the checkers as they you checkout. Also, it's a very popular place for people in the neighbourhood to get milk since Whole Foods replaced Thriftway. Whole Foods is predictably lethally priced in milk, so people have defaulted to Rite Aid for it, and if they're out of stock, then they wait, or head to 7/11. The only downside is the Pharmacy, since they tend to close up shop around an hour early sometimes simply because when they see no one waiting, they'll take advantage and just close early. Also, your prescriptions when requesting your PC send them here, will end up sending them to main street in Tigard. This is pretty consistently Rite Aid's fault, and they admit that it readily occurs.

The pharmacy staff here has some of the worse attitudes I've ever encountered. Not only do they need to be retrained in customer service, but at least try and look as if you enjoy your jobs. Very short in speaking to patients not listening to customers very unprofessional. As my first experience in coming to your store, I will never visit it again. Besides the fact the entire store looked in shambles and disorganized as if it was going out of business. My family will continue to fill its prescriptions at Walgreens.
