Love the clothes, but so disappointed in the customer service. Had returned a $178 jacket (gift) the day after Christmas, and they gave me a gift card. Today I went to purchase something, and hoped the remainder could be applied to my debit card. Salesgirl said, "No, we can't with a gift card. Store policy." I could have returned the whole thing on my card initially, so what's the difference? Another salesgirl wouldn't call the Pearl store to search for a size I needed, saying, "They never answer their phone. Can i take your name?" Unbelievable!! They need some lessons from Nordstroms customer service, and maybe their reputation and sales would improve.
